I'm an audience engagement and social media professional who's passionate about finding new and exciting ways to connect with audiences. In a tumultuous political climate rife with misinformation our society needs good quality journalism now more than ever. I thrive in the fast-paced environment of the newsroom, and I love the creative challenge of working in the ever-changing world of social media.
Born and raised in rural Missouri, I attended the University of Missouri where I obtained a Bachelor of Journalism degree with an emphasis in emerging media. I've worked for VICE News, Business Insider, the Minneapolis Star Tribune, Politico Europe and the Columbia Missourian.
